Among the updates:
- Up to 22 years of labor warranty coverage for gold and platinum members
- Longer labor warranty terms for Platinum and Gold contractors, with coverage extending from seven to 12 years on complete TimberTech systems and from five to 10 years on decking or railing-only installations.
- Expanded product eligibility, adding several of TimberTech’s most popular decking and railing collections to the program including:

- Newly eligible decking collections:
- Coverage for railing-only projects, giving contractors greater flexibility across a wider range of jobs.
- A streamlined digital registration process through the TimberTech OnBoard app, eliminating paperwork and making warranty registration faster and easier in the field.
The enhanced program reflects TimberTech’s continued investment in its contractor network while encouraging adoption of the complete TimberTech outdoor living system—from framing to decking and railing.
