PrimeSource Building Products, Irving, TX., has signed a definitive agreement to acquire NWI Enterprises, Santa Monica, CA., a provider of branded specialty hardware for outdoor residential applications including fence & gate hardware, railing systems and perimeter security, from affiliates of Harbour Group.
NWI divisions include RailFX, Tacoma, WA., Nationwide Industries, Tampa, FL., and Ultra-Tec, Carson City, NV.
Mike Wilson will retire as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, effective January 4, 2026, and serve as senior advisor to the CEO through August 1. Leo Oei, VP, National Accounts, will succeed Wilson and become Chief Commercial Officer on January 5, 2026.
