MOSO has named Norman Willemsen as its new CEO, succeeding founder and former CEO René Zaal. Willemsen was previously with Kebony AS.

Norman Willemsen has been appointed as the CEO of MOSO, succeeding the founder and former CEO René Zaal.

Willemsen has a track record of driving complex strategic developments and executing restructuring and profit-generating growth strategies in international B2B enterprises, as well as significant experience in developing and implementing multi-channel strategies. Throughout his career, he has worked for international organizations across a diverse range of industries, from packaging to high-end construction.

Prior to joining MOSO, Willemsen served as CEO at Kebony AS, a global leader in the production of sustainably modified woods. There, he navigated the company through complex conditions, fuelled growth, and significantly improved the company’s business economics. He also held various senior leadership positions at Armstrong World Industries, a global leader in the design and manufacture of innovative commercial and residential ceiling, wall, and suspension system solutions. In this role, he played a crucial role in delivering Armstrong’s continued growth and development.
