Kebony North America has launched Kebony Pro, a new loyalty program for select decking contractors.

“Kebony Pro complements our existing dealer-level sales incentive programs but with a focus on decking contractors,” says Kebony North America Director Andy Hehl. “Contractors deliver repeat business over time, their recommendation carries far more weight with homeowners than any ad campaign, and once they’re loyal to a product, they specify it again and again.”

The program process is as follows:

Eligible contractors are identified by Kebony sales representatives, distributors, or retailers and are invited to apply for Kebony Pro status. Those who pass basic eligibility checks, sign program terms, complete onboarding, and agree to follow current Kebony decking guidance are eligible to receive the following benefits:

• Listing in the Kebony Pro directory. This is a verified, public-facing directory with profile cards showing the contractor’s name, service area, and a homeowner contact or quote request form that routes enquiries directly to them. The directory will be actively promoted through Kebony’s website, social channels, and PR so the listings carry real traffic value.

• Onboarding and product familiarity training. Every Kebony Pro member completes a standardized onboarding, including a Kebony product overview, key decking product information, installation essentials for all four fastening systems, weathering and patina expectations, maintenance guidance, claims dos and don’ts, and homeowner expectation-setting guidance. Completion must be confirmed before the member is listed.

• Digital contractor toolkit. A [AK1] lean, practical digital resource including: a “Why Kebony?” overview, key decking product information, a sheet comparing Kebony to alternative materials, an FAQ on weathering, maintenance and care, installation guidance links, homeowner leave-behind materials, claims guardrails, a sample request process, photography submission guidance, and a directory profile template.

• Sample support. Members receive a Kebony product sample kit for use in client presentations, putting real material in the homeowner’s hands to support the close.

• Access to selected homeowner inquiries. Where appropriate, homeowner inquiries received through the Kebony website are routed to Kebony Pro members in the relevant service area.

• Program communications. Members are included in a regular email cadence covering product and installation updates, featured project highlights, seasonal selling messages, and program news.

• Kebony Pro badge. A digital and print-ready badge is provided for use on the contractor’s website, email signature, and marketing materials, governed by badge usage rules established in the program terms. All badge usage must reflect the approved language around product familiarity and contractor independence.

• Branded merchandise. A welcome pack with basic branded items appropriate to Kebony’s premium positioning.

Kebony Pro membership is exclusive to independent contractors who are familiar with Kebony products, have completed Kebony onboarding, and have agreed to follow current Kebony decking installation guidance.
