Ideal Aluminum Products, a manufacturer of aluminum fence, gates, railing, outdoor structures and several other product categories, announced today that Toby Bostwick has been named CEO.

Bostwick succeeds Michael Siegel and Doug Brady, who have jointly led the company for the past 12 years. Siegel and Brady will step down as Co-CEOs and will continue their involvement with Ideal as board members.

Bostwick, formerly VP, Product and Brand, at Fortress Building Products, has over 20 years of experience in construction and building products, working in product management, innovation, sales leadership and new business development. He has previously served as a senior executive with companies in the building industry primarily focused on cladding, fencing, decking and railing.

“Toby is the right leader for Ideal,” said Graham Schena, partner at MPE Partners (MPE). MPE partnered with the entrepreneurs to make a meaningful investment in Ideal during 2021. “Toby’s extensive industry background and business development skills will help Ideal strengthen customer relationships, channel partnerships and develop alliances with Ideal’s stakeholders. Ideal has a very talented leadership team, and we believe that Toby is a great addition to that team and will be an instrumental part of Ideal’s success going forward.”

Ideal retiring Co-CEO, Michael Siegel, said, “With our continued fast growth, we have been looking for the right person to lead our business. It isn’t just about Toby’s deep industry experience; it is also about his leadership capabilities. He is a great listener and problem solver, which are attributes absolutely key to leading in this industry.” Doug Brady, retiring Co-CEO of Ideal added, “Toby’s experience driving strategy makes him the perfect choice to accelerate Ideal’s growth and capture the opportunities ahead of us.”

Bostwick added, “I am joining Ideal Aluminum because I could see the great potential in the company and the opportunity to build on the solid foundation that Michael, Doug and MPE have built. I am impressed by the quality of our people, the strength of our culture and the committed customer relationships. We have such an exciting future in front of us as we capture growth opportunities by delivering value to our customers. I look forward to working with Michael and Doug on a seamless transition and thank them both for their support.”
