Boise Cascade Co., Boise, ID., has reached an agreement to purchase Holden Humphrey, a two-step distributor of a wide range of building materials including wood decking, trim and siding. With 39 distribution locations in the U.S., this new location further expands Boise Cascade's distribution business in the Northeast region.

Holden Humphrey’s distribution facility in Chicopee, MA., serves lumber dealers and one-step distributors throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. Holden Humphrey generated approximately $145 million in revenue over the last 12 months.
The transaction is expected to close in December 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
