Titan Building Products’ Vertical Ground Anchor is a tie-down solution designed for direct load path resistance in wind-uplift and tension applications. Ideal for freestanding deck frames, sheds, bunkies, and select retaining wall tiebacks, it installs with a ½" drive impact wrench. No excavation or concrete required.
It’s available in 24", 36" and 48" lengths, with 3-¼" and 5" blade options. The anchor includes a heavy-duty auger, eye nut with fin for cable attachment, and an optional 5" x 5" cap plate that enhances soil compression.
