James Hardie and CBUSA Expand Agreement to Include TimberTech Decking and Railing

New three-year exclusive agreement provides CBUSA’s network of nearly 1,000 custom home builders with access to a portfolio of premier exterior products

James Hardie, the North American leader in exterior design solutions, announces an expansion of its strategic agreement with CBUSA, the nation’s largest group purchasing organization for custom home builders. The new three-year exclusive deal will provide CBUSA’s network of nearly 1,000 custom builders with access to preferred products such as TimberTech, a premium composite and PVC decking and railing brand.

This agreement builds upon a long-standing, exclusive deal for siding that has been in place since 2016. The addition of TimberTech, a brand within the James Hardie portfolio following its acquisition of The AZEK Company, marks a significant milestone in James Hardie’s strategy to become the premier provider of complete exterior solutions.
