FLEX has expanded its innovative 24V lineup of cordless tools including the FLEX 5-7/8” Metal Cutting Circular Saw, FLEX Caulk and Adhesive Gun, and the FLEX Heat Gun.
The FLEX 24V 5-7/8” Metal Cutting Circular Saw delivers serious cutting performance on a variety of applications, such as decking, conduit, strut, pipe, sheet metal, roofing and siding. Spinning up to 4,500 rpm with a 2-1/4" cut capacity, this saw is designed to power through metal while keeping the workspace cleaner.
Recognizing the need for metal cutting that is clean and confident, a tool chip collector captures metal debris while cutting. A clear window maintains visibility of the cut line to protect users from flying chips and debris. Included with the metal saw is a 36-tooth ceramic carbide blade with ACFR (alternate cut, faster removal) tooth design Additional features like a blade brake, LED work light, auxiliary handle and rafter hook further enhance control, and convenience on the jobsite.
Built to power through demanding outdoor applications, the FLEX 24V Caulk and Adhesive Gun lineup offers complete control for caulk, sealant and adhesives, allowing users to tackle small and large jobs with the 10-oz., 20-oz., and 29-oz. sizes for ultimate efficiency.
Each model comes with a two-finger variable speed trigger combined with a six-speed dial, letting users confidently dial in bead flow with a fast flow rate of up to 33" every 60 seconds. When the trigger is released, the anti-drip feature immediately stops material flow, helping to reduce mess, waste, application do overs, and unnecessary headaches. This results in cleaner finishes and faster productivity job after job after job. Each of the caulk and adhesive guns come with an integrated rafter hook for easy storage.
Created to reach temperatures up to 986º Fahrenheit, the FLEX 24V Heat Gun offers two heat and airflow settings up to 7.8 cu. ft. per minute. The heat gun delivers quick cordless heat with precise control across different tasks, such as paint and putty removal, heat shrink tubing, adhesive softening, mastic loosening, sealant removal and more.
With a rapid heat-up time of less than 10 seconds on the high setting and up to 40 minutes of runtime on low with a 5.0 Ah (amp-hour) battery (sold separately), the FLEX 24V heat gun keeps users moving without delays and downtime. Other features include a two-stage trigger, lock-on button and LED work light. These ensure confident, controlled operation even in dimly lit conditions. Multiple nozzles on the heat gun further expand versatility for unique applications.
