FastenMaster, a division of OMG Building Products, has introduced the MarineLOK fastener, a heavy duty 316 stainless steel structural screw that delivers maximum corrosion protection in a variety of applications and is suitable for use within 1,000 ft of saltwater.
MarineLOK features an innovative patent-pending design that combines three technologies that enable faster starts, smoother cutting and a cleaner finish: a sharp type-17 point, serrated cutting teeth, and wood clearing inner threads. The T50 drive system locks in for a stable installation, and the SureSink™ Head provides a clean finished look. MarineLOK is designed to replace ½-inch lag screws and is ideal for coastal wood-to-wood connections.
When it comes to corrosion protection, 316 stainless steel is the gold standard and ideal for docks, marine decking, boardwalks, boat houses and other applications.

MarineLOK fasteners are available in 3", 4", 5", 6", 8" and 10" sizes, and come in boxes of 30 along with a T50 driver bit.
