Envision Outdoor Living Products, manufacturer of Envision composite decking and Fairway deck railings, has promoted employees Joe Stubler and Mikhail Mikhailov to the positions of Division Manager and Senior Regional Manager, respectively. The changes come as Envision continues to grow sales and expand its distribution network across the U.S.
Joe Stubler was promoted to Division Manager after serving as Regional Sales Manager for Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. In his new role, Stubler will support the company’s sales teams in the Great Lakes, Midwest, Rockies, and South-Central regions, where he will work to grow sales through both existing and new dealer and pro customers. After joining Envision just over a year ago, Stubler found tremendous success in growing his territory and securing new business.
“Joe’s three decades of experience in the building materials industry has been an invaluable addition to our sales team since he joined Envision,” said Kyle Warwick, director of sales for Envision Outdoor Living Products. “He’s been essential in adding new distributors while also growing existing customer business in his region. I’m excited about the value he’s going to bring to the sales leadership team.”
Mikhail Mikhailov, previously Envision’s Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest, was named Senior Regional Manager, supporting sales teams in both the Southwest and the Pacific Northwest. As a member of the leadership team, Mikhailov will be responsible for growing and developing the sales team, engaging distributor relationships, and expanding distribution partners within the division.
“Mikhail joined Envision in November 2023 and quickly made a great impression with customers, driving new engagement and sales across the territory,” said Warwick. “His experience in both the Pacific Northwest and Southwest regions throughout his career adds tremendous value to our team along the West Coast. We’re excited to have him add his personal touch to growing distributor relationships in the West, and I look forward to seeing his leadership develop in this new role.”
