The St Mobile, AL-based company will distribute DuxxBak Composite Decking’s complete product line, which includes the signature DuxxBak Dekk No-Drip-Through-Decking.
The agreement includes Inteplast’s acquisition of Fiberon’s manufacturing sites in New London, N.C., and one site in Meridian, ID. Fiberon is a leading U.S. manufacturer of wood-alternative decking, railing and cladding distributed worldwide.
The partnership further expands Maximo Wood’s distribution network in Texas, making its thermally modified wood and hardwood products more readily available to building professionals throughout the East Texas market.
Seven D Wholesale will now distribute DuxxBak’s composite decking line in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont, plus parts of Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
