Oldcastle APG Acquires Saint-Gobain’s U.S. Decking, Railing and Fencing

Oldcastle APG has acquired Saint-Gobain’s US CertainTeed Fence, Railing and Decking business. In 2022, Saint-Gobain’s two locations in Buffalo, N.Y., and Orem, UT., generated approximately $65.6 million in sales. The two locations currently employ approximately 210 people.
