Envision Strengthens Sales Team

Following the merging of the two prominent brands—Envision Outdoor Living Products and Envision Building Products composite decking—Envision has now improved its overall sales team alignment, leading to several internal leadership promotions.

Envision Outdoor Living Products is the new brand name that encompasses both the Envision Building Products composite decking collections and recently acquired Fairway railing systems.

Following the merging of these two prominent brands, Envision has now improved its overall sales team alignment, leading to several internal leadership promotions. By restructuring its sales into smaller, geographically based teams that align with the combined customers of Envision Decking and Fairway Railing, Envision Outdoor Living can remain hyper-focused on the needs of each region.

With completion of the acquisition, Envision Outdoor Living Products has also launched a new website, www.envisionoutdoorliving.com, covering all of the decking and railing lines, and introducing an enhanced Deck Visualizer tool.

Envision Outdoor Living is excited to announce the following sales team promotions:

A six-year veteran at Envision, Rick Gebhart was promoted from National Sales Manager of Envision Building Products to Director of Sales for Envision Outdoor Living. He is now responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s sales operations. Gebhart has more than 40 years of experience in building products manufacturing and distribution.

John Purvis has been promoted from National Sales Manager for Fairway to Senior Divisional Manager for Envision Outdoor Living, where he will lead, guide, and train regional sales managers and assist with key accounts. Purvis’ vast experience in building products prior to Envision and Fairway includes sales leadership positions at HB&G Building Products, PlyGem, and Reynolds Metals.

Charlie Haines, previously Envision’s Eastern Sales Manager, is now the Southern Division Manager for Envision Outdoor Living. Along with promoting and selling Envision products, Haines will oversee the Southern Division team, enhancing customer relationships and driving growth throughout the region. He has been with Envision for six-and-a-half years, serving in several sales manager roles.

Formerly Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Fairway, James Clark has been named Midwest Division Manager for Envision Outdoor Living. In his new role, Clark will support Envision business development managers within the region, including aligning distribution partners and working with sales team members on new and existing accounts. Prior to joining Fairway last year, Clark spent five years as a business development manager and district sales manager with James Hardie.

Kyle Warwick, formerly Business Development Manager for Envision, has been promoted to Central Valley Division Manager/Fastener Category Manager of Envision Outdoor Living. Warwick will continue to build and grow distributor and dealer relationships through the company’s robust product lineup. He has been with the company for two years; prior to that, he worked as a sales rep for Fastenmaster and in sales for an exterior remodeler.

Tom August was promoted from Regional Sales Manager, New England for Fairway to Northeast Division Manager for Envision Outdoor Living, where he provides education, training, and sales support to distributors and dealers to bring pull-through business at the contractor/builder level. August has spent the last three years working in both design/build sales for Fairway in addition to his 13 years on the pro channel side of the business.
