Don’t miss The Deck Specialist Symposium

The first annual Deck Specialist Symposium is bringing the decking industry together through a free all-virtual, two-day event. With presentations from renowned builders and contractors like Bobby Parks, The Carey Brothers and Dr. Decks, and a digital tradeshow floor featuring the hottest products, attendees will receive the ultimate virtual experience.

The event will start in the late afternoon to minimize builders’ time away from the jobsites. Day one, July 7, will run from 4 to 7 p.m. PST (7 to 10 p.m. EST), and day two from 2 to 5 p.m. PST (5 to 8 p.m. EST). The tradeshow floor will open two hours earlier. Educational sessions start with an opening keynote from Bobby Parks. Known by all as a legendary deck builder with a wealth of knowledge, Parks is looking to the future and will rev up the rest of the industry to do the same.

Attendees will then be able to see the industry’s leading deck podcast go live, as they join hosts Shane and Wade for an exclusive livestream of The Ultimate Deck Show straight from their recording studio.

It’s evident that when it comes to tradeshows, nothing can replace in-person networking, but that was before anyone knew about The Decking Game Show! Attendees are invited at the end of the first day to grab a drink and join HGTV stars The BroLaws, competing against their industry colleagues. All registered attendees are invited to participate, vying to win fabulous prizes as they answer deck and outdoor living questions through a multiple choice-style program. Come show up your peers and prove yourself to be the ultimate champion.

Day two, July 8, will be packed with just as much energy as The Carey Brothers take center stage to talk about branding. The third generation contractors will use their wit and enthusiasm to deliver a lively presentation aimed to help you separate your business from the competition.

Next up will be a presentation builders truly won’t want to miss. Dr. Decks will sit down with Mark King, founder of Infinite Decks, as the two talk about how social media has impacted their brands and whether or not they feel it’s worth investing in.

The event will close with a look at the all-stars. Join several winners of our first annual Deck Specialist of the Year Awards as they gather for a panel discussion on how they were able to take their work and their businesses to the next level by leveraging elite product brands.
